Over 20 companies were awarded in the third edition of the annual b2b Media Awards for accomplishments in the field of building and establishing the image and popularity of the Employer brand.
The winners were determined at an official ceremony in Novotel Sofia in the presense of professionals, official guests, media and jury.
The award for “Employer of the Year” was won by Musala Soft, the award for Employer Brand Leader was shared between Schneider Electric and Coca-Cola Hellenic, while Telenor were first in the HR Technology of the Year category and in Employer Branding Excellence. United Bulgaria Bank were best in Employer Branding Innovation, they had the most awards in most categories, and the first place for HR Strategy of the Year was given to Behr-Hella Thermocontrol EOOD (BHTC Bulgaria).
The jury determined as the Number 1 Employer Branding Video to be that of Progress, while the most liked project in the category Innovation in Talent Management was that of Postbank, which were first in one more category - Employer Branding Project. Unicredit Bulbank were awarded for innovation in the training of talents and got first place in the Innovation in Talent Education category.
Devexperts won the price for Employer Branding Idea, dm Bulgaria took the award in Employer Branding Event, and SoftServe Bulgaria were awarded in the Employer Branding Network category.
The price for Emerging Leader was given to Acronis Bulgaria, while in one of the mst competitive categories - Excellence in Office Space, first place belonged to Cargotec Bulgaria.
In the category Excellence in Coaching, PRESTIGE-96 AD had the best result, while the award for Team Lead of the Year went to Experian Bulgaria.
