Eleonora is part of Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber's family since its establishment in 2003, when she was invited by 30 leading Bulgarian and Romanian companies-founders to become its CEO. During the years, she tirelessly expands the Chanber's team and activity by gradually turning it into a recognizable business community.

She is a visionary and the driving force behind the Chamber's success with her extensive experience as a manager, consultant on European financing and project management, expert on regional and local development, project appraiser, financial controller. She loves to store knowledge, create business contacts, motivate and provoke herself, as well as her team, with new challenges.

She has a Master's degree in Finance and Credit from the "D. A. Tsenov ” Academy of Economics, she has specialised in Finances and Accounting in the University in Wales, Great Britain. She started as an operational manager for Bulgaria at one of the leading British chambers of commerce (Yorkshire region). She has five years of professional experience in the banking field and over 20 years in management consulting and entrepreneurship. She also successfully manages her own consulting company.

Ani is the expert in building relationships and communicating with current and future clients of the Chamber, its partners and other related organizations. She specializes in presenting our services and the advantages of being our member and especially their adaptation to the specific needs of the clients. She looks after the team's timely processing of all inquiries, related to Bulgaria and Romania. She actively coordinates the organisation of international B2B events, participates in researches and holds weekly meetings with members and partners.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Communications from the University of Applied Sciences in Hanze, Netherlands, with a specialization in Business Communications from the Metropolitan University in Budapest. In Bulgaria, she obtains a Master's degree in Economics, majoring in Financial Management at the "D. A. Tsenov ” Academy of Economics. Her career began in the field of IT, e-commerce and marketing research. For the last 6 years she has been working in NGOs, servicing mainly international companies as a marketing and communication expert, business development specialist and organiser of corporate events.


Adrian Sipos

Adrian is the Romanian „strength“ in the Chamber's team, not only because he was born in Romania and has been living in Bulgaria for 13 years, but because he is our day-to-day connection with our and your partners from the other side of the river. He is an expert in market research, processing information in concrete inquiries, finding the right contacts, communicating with Romanian companies and assisting Bulgarian companies when they participate in exhibitions in Romania, as well as Romanian companies, who would like to be presented in Bulgaria. His experience in the field of tourism is invaluable in planning and conducting family adventures and trips organised by the Bulgarian-Romanian Children's Fund.

He has graduated the “George Baritiu“ university in Brasov, Romania, majoring in Accounting and Management of Information Systems. He starts as an accountant in Romania, but his professional path gradually leads him to the tourist business, where he works approximately 12 years.

Desi organises the administrative matters in the Chamber and communicates with clients, partners and institutions. She has been in the Chamber since its creation and during this time she has gained experience in working on projects, preparation of seminars and trainings, conducting research, holding events. During the years she has been actively communicating with various organisations in support of the Bulgarian-Romanian relations and is highly commited to the problems of the navigation on the Danube. After the Vocational Training Center within BRCCI was licensed, she is responsible for organising the courses and trainings and for the relations with the Employment Agency and the EURES network. She looks for inspiration in the initiatives of the Bulgarian-Romanian Children's Fund and is happy to participate in their planning and organisation.

She is a graduate of "D. A. Tsenov ” Academy of Economics, majoring in Insurance and Social Work. Her professional career includes working as an office manager, public relations and expert in international projects and programmes in the Regional Development Agency for North-Central Region, the Bulgarian office of the British Chamber of Commerce, consultant and accounting companies.


Gergana Ilieva

Master of Public Relations from the Sofia University „St. Kliment Ohridski“, with over 10 years of experience as a communication expert and 10 more years as a journalist in regional and national electronic media. She has specialised in the field of radio journalism, management of electronic media and communication during crisis. She has worked on projects, financed under the operational programs. Author of content for various types of publications.

At the Chamber, Geri mostly looks after the organisation's image in the public space, drafts materials to be published in the media, organises interviews, writes news and other interesting information for our own communication channels. She enthusiastically prepares a weekly newsletter, specifically for the members of the BRCCI, with up-to-date and useful information about the business from both countries. She is an expert in organising special events, press conferences and seminars, as well as competitions and fun events within the Bulgarian-Romanian Children's Fund.


Magdalena Simeonova

Magi began her professional career 5 years ago as a marketing expert in the Chamber. During this time, she transformed from an intern to an experienced manager on projects, related to labour mobility in the cross-border region, the cultural heritige of the fisheries communities on the river, the usage and development of cloud services for the business. She publishes up-to-date information on our communication channels and is responsible for our Linkedin groups: Focus Bulgaria and Focus Romania. Her creativity is the reason to often take the role of a designer in relation to our events, our website publications, our social media and the blog of the Bulgarian-Romanian Children's Fund.

She has a Master's degree in Economics, majoring in "European Project Management" from the Ruse University "Angel Kanchev".


Emiliya Petkova

Emi is a Master cultorologist from the Sofia University „St. Kliment Ohridski“ and has a Bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of National and World Economy - Sofia. Such a rare combination of qualifications gives her the right to look through slitted eyes and look for angles, from which to connect, at first glance, quite different things. Seduced by the creative industries and in her experience as a project appraiser for projects of the Ministry of Economy, she is always available to provide advice to young entrepreneurs. In her professional path, for years she has developed and implemented strategic and planning documents in the field and knows the culture, tourism and nature in the Ruse region.

In the Chamber she manages projects, which connect individuals and businesses and create a favorable environment for the development of new ideas, as well as projects, related to the ecologization of the river fleet and the opportunities for improving transport on the Danube.


Georgi Georgiev

Georgi is a specialist in conducting researches, summarizing and analyzing statistical information in various business areas. He actively works on projects, processes inquiries and takes care of the information to and from the Chamber's member companies, news and events to be published daily on our website and newsletter. He often prepares articles for our Linkdin groups: Focus Bulgaria and Focus Romania. As an advisor in the field of labour mobility, he participates in organising and conducting information meetings and administers the platform for job searching and job offering in Romania and Bulgaria.

He started his professional career as a social security expert in sector "Social Security Archive" in the National Social Secutiry Institute, and after that he joined the Chamber as an intern. He has a Bachelor's degree, majoring in "International Economic Relations" and a Master's degree in "European Studies and Regional Cooperation" from the Ruse University "Angel Kanchev".


Liliya Peycheva

Lily is an intern in Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber and performs analysis and research on legal documents related to the Chamber's activity on concrete inquiries and cases by our members and clients. She participates in the preparation of the Chamber's General Assemblies, seminars and trainings. She supports the activity of the Vocational Training Center within BRCCI.

She has a Master's degree in Law with a professional qualification as a lawyer from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ruse "Angel Kanchev“. After successfully passing a mandatory internship in a number of institutions, she obtains legal certification from the Ministry of Justice. She also has experience in the field of services.

Bilyana is an intern in Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber and has approximately 3 years of experience working with companies, who trade between Bulgaria and Romania, which she has aided by means of communication and translations in Romanian. She received her higher education in the Academy of Economic Sciences in Bucharest, Faculty of Finance, banking, insurance and stock exchanges.
